"Refund was quicker than I expected"
I had to cancel my ticket i remember being a little worried about how long the refund would take. But abhibus processed it really fast, much quicker than I had expected. Looking back, it turned out to be a smooth experience.

"Cleaner Than I Expected"
Booked through abhibus the bus was cleaner than I thought it would be. The seats looked neat, there wasn’t any bad smell, and the floor seemed properly cleaned too. It definitely made the night trip feel more comfortable. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience.

"Drop-off was spot on, but overall basic"
I booked through AbhiBus and to be fair, the drop-off point was exactly where it showed on the app. There was no confusion at all, and I got down easily and reached home quickly. That part was smooth and convenient. I wouldn’t say the whole experience was amazing or anything, but for the drop-off accuracy and ease, it did the job well.

"Boarding point confusion??"
Abhibus showed one boarding point, but the bus actually stopped a bit far from there. I had to rush with my bags at the last minute, which was really stressful. Why show one location if the bus won’t stop there?? Not a great experience honestly

My bus got cancelled so I raised a complaint for a refund through Abhibus. They did respond, but it took a lot of follow ups and I had to keep explaining the same thing again, which got tiring. I did get the money back after a few days, so that part was fine, but the whole process could’ve been smoother. I used AbhiBus for my last trip when I was planning a quick ride out of town, it was smooth. I tried booking a bus on abhibus, it was a bit annoying. The search part was fine, but this is where it got annoying, the filters were slow, and the payment page took a while to load. I even had to refresh once before it finally worked. It wasn’t the worst experience, but booking a bus should definitely be smoother than this.

"Pretty smooth booking experience"
I booked my bus through abhibus.com and, umm, the communication was actually really good. I got SMS and app alerts on time for the booking, bus details, and boarding point. Even when the bus was running a bit late, they sent an update, so I wasn’t just standing there guessing. It’s a small thing, but it really helps when you’re traveling. Overall, my experience was smooth.

"Helpful tracking, though not everything felt perfect"
I used AbhiBus recently and I have kind of mixed feelings overall, but the live tracking was genuinely helpful. The bus location kept updating properly and was almost exactly where the bus actually arrived, which saved me from calling the driver again and again or standing there confused at the stop. The arrival time was also close, off by maybe 2-3 minutes only. There were still a few small things that could be smoother, but this feature definitely made my trip less stressful

"Helpful staff, but the bus situation was frustrating"
The bus staff helped me quickly and they were really polite, which I appreciated. But the whole bus situation was still annoying. I had questions, I was confused, and it felt like I had to keep asking because things weren’t clear. The staff were nice, yes, but the delays and confusion were just frustrating, really frustrating.
